They were great communicators and provided honest advice and a thorough report, which also included pictures. I was looking for an auto repair shop near me with good reviews and I found Louisville automotive shop. Steven is great guy to talk too and a straight shooter who gives you everything upfront. I took it in to get the spark plugs changed and turned out they’re was more work to be done. Steven gave me honest suggestions that would help my car and I let them do what they do. Went in for an unknown issue. Louisville automotive was prompt in their response back to make me aware of the problem and confirmed with a detailed price list of every service required. Took care of the issue in around 2 weeks after making it known a part needed to be ordered. Quick pick up easy payment. No issues since. Would def recommend over Audi of Louisville. My check engine light came on and even though I had never been to LAS, they got my car in immediately to see what the problem was. Within a couple hours they had figured out what the issue was and were prepared to fix it. I have use these guys in the past and now they are opening a new shop on Bardstown road. I will be one of the first in line. I trust these guys. I had a problem with my daughters car a little while back and I saw a advertisement for their old shop, that they did free inspections. I was a little suspicious because other shops and dealers have promised the same. When I did so and didn’t let them do the work they acted like con men especially the dealers. This guy did the inspection and asked no questions and nothing happened to her car a couple of weeks later like at some other shops. Now his shop is the only shop I trust and let work on my daughter’s cars, plus my mom’s car and she isn’t easy to please. Now I will have them do the work on my Honda Ridgeline. Louisville Honda is not a place that I trust due to previous issues.Services: Brakes
