Great experience. Cramped and busy but if you make an appointment they will see you within 15/20min. The second time I went they did PERFECT on the heart nail design I requested. So so cute.

As a small business owner myself, I know the power of a positive review! I am leaving reviews for places I love and frequent often. Euro nails is somewhere you should go if you want to never have to get nails done anywhere else. They are the absolute best. They are family to us and we will always be loyal customers. You may see complaints about the wait, but I promise the service and relationship is always worth it! 100000/10 always recommend!!!

The employee Alex at this place is very rude, unprofessional. My wife went their and he was on phone always. When she asked him to please don't use phone while serving her. This guy was very rude and said "I have big business to run. I can't stop taking phone calls". When she asked to have someone else providing her services this guys said you are insulting me. My wife had to walk away due to his unprofessional and rude behavior.

Fabulous staff! They got me in with no wait to remove my dip nails and give me a fresh paint. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to talk to you and ask your name. I appreciated the customer service so much!!

I found out about the nail salon through my fiancé. He sold a car to Alex owner, since my fiancé got him a very good deal on his brand new car he told him to have me come up there to get my nails done. So I got Alex’s owner number. I told him who I was and what I was wanting to get to make sure his salon could do it. He confirmed that they could do it and that I would be put with one of his best people. I booked my appointment and waited a week to get my nails done. Well the day came to get my nails done my sister came along with me because it was a new solan, we got to there 20 minutes early so I could pick my colors and get checked in. I scheduled my appointment for 11:00 PM and didn’t get in the chair till almost 12:00 PM. They were busy so we didn't mind. Once I sat down I showed the very nice lady what I was wanting, from there everything was fine until she was cutting my cuticles, she looked away while cutting and cut a chunk out of the side of my finger, she covered it up with her fingers that had mail dust all over it and said sorry then moved on. At that point I was pissed and over it. You should not be yelling at your other coworkers while using sharp tools on your client. While she was doing my I didn’t notice that they didn’t look right. Once she was done I was so over being there because it took her 3 hours to do a very simple design and they didn’t look like what I wanted. I was tired and hungry so I paid a left. I was NOT happy with my nails, but I didn’t want to have to sit through 3 more hours just for her to mess them up more. Once I got to my car I called my fiancé and explained everything to him and he told me to grab some lunch and come eat with him and that he would call Alex owner and explain to him everything. Well once he called Alex owner, Alex owner demanded me to come back so his sister could fix them. At first I told him no but I gave him and his sister the benefit of the doubt. When I got back to the nail salon I had to shock my nails. Once I was done soaking his sister told me that she didn’t understand what my problem was and that she liked them. Her opinion would have mattered if the nails were on her hands lmao. While I’m getting my nails done by his sister she is making racist comments towards my sister and I. While she was filing my nail tips she keep on asking me if they looked right and I would tell her no because they didn’t. If you have to ask me how to do your job then you shouldn’t be doing that job. I finally just told her that it was fine because I had been there for 5 hours at that point. Long story short once she was done with my nails they were way worst then what they were before and I even got just French tips instead of the design that I wanted because she informed me that NO ONE in that salon could do designs. After I left I messaged Alex owner myself and told him I wasn’t happy with either service, would like my money back if possible and that if he has any further questions that he would need to reach out to my fiancé. Later that night I was informed that Alex owner came up to my fiancé job and told him that his sister said I was to picky and that she never wants to do my nails again. She said some other ugly things but I 100% don’t recommend this nail salon. I will be sharing my experience with anyone and everyone that is looking for a new nail salon. I wasn’t going to write a review because I not that type of person but I’m not going to be talked about like that by someone that can’t do their job that “went to school” for this job. I’ve posted this review once and then Alex treated to return his car if I didn’t take it down. So I took it down, but I’m not going to be silenced so Im putting it back up.

The biggest problem I’ve ever had with this place was the wait time. So when I saw how busy they were, I expected a long wait. Much to my excitement it didn’t take as long as expected this trip. When I went in all I needed was a little clean up. I didn’t have ingrown nails. However, within the first 5 minutes I was wincing as she dug into my toes! I brushed it off with my high tolerance for pain until I left and looked at them closer. There’s blood pooled up on my big toes and the polish is not only thin but splotchy. If I’m going to pay $50 I expect more. I’ll find a new place to go despite how sweet and amazing the staff can be. Not choosing a business that’s okay with inflicting pain, a shoddy job, no apology, and still charges for my nails to represent their business in this condition. There’s no pride in this nail job. Just another dollar. I’d rather wait in line at another business that takes their time to make my toes look presentable.Service: Pedicure
