Absolutely terrible service. I had an appointment set, when someone that arrived 20 minutes after their appointment time. Which was the same time as mine. Was immediately sat down and began on her nails. While I’ve been waiting almost an hour after my appointment time. Completely ridiculous

I have been going to them for awhile. I have gotten a gel pedicure which I think they do a good job on. I also have gotten my eyebrows waxed and they do a good job on them. But my acrylic nails were never to my liking when it came to the nail shape. It was always kinda off but good service and they are a little slow.Services: Nail art

Best experience ever. Family oriented. Friendly staff. Clean and as for the wait TIME; it was like any other service rendered!!! I will definitely be back. The husband and wife team is awesome!!! First time trying the dip nails; I love it!!!

Thomas did an excellent job on my nails and was very friendly and courteous! The salon was neat and clean.

Me and a friend went in to have a manicure and pedicure done. My friend was soaking her nails at a table for 45 mins while I still had not been serviced. After an hour, I get up to tell my friend that I will wait to get mine done because we had somewhere to go, then they all wanted to rush to get me in a chair. I do not like to wait and I definitely don't want to wait an hour only to have my services rushed. They will definitely not get my money!

My first time visiting Venus Nails today and i was very pleased with the services. Kim did my pedi and Lee did my mani. Very polite and friendly love the atmosphere. Its very nice and cozy. I will definitely be back the visit was worth every penny. Thanks alot
