I always go to Irina - she's he best. She quick, efficient and always makes me laugh when I see her. She's a master with wax and is as painless as possible! Unlike other technicians, Irina does try to up sell you on products when you do not need them. If she sees the needs, she will suggest a product; this approach is very much appreciated from a customer standpoint. Nothing is more annoying than having someone constantly upselling you on products that may not be needed. Irina is A+++++Service: Waxing

I love this location! Reception is always super friendly, I feel like there is always a promo or deal going on, and my wax specialist Irina is the best! I’ve been a EWC customer for over 5 years, but Irina changed the game for me. Minimal sensitivity post-wax, fewer ingrowns, and the service itself actually feels less painful. I can’t recommend her enough!
