My waxer was great however the receptionist continued to use the wrong name and spelled my full name wrong even after correction I say have your staff get to know your customers better by personalizing the experience by at least getting to know there name.Service: Brazilian waxing

I had a great experience at Uni K Wax in Murray Hill! I loved the natural wax and the studio decor is so pretty!! My waxer was amazing with my bikini wax. I’ll be back next time I’m in the city.

I went to this studio and got badly burned during my wax. I was also left with so much wax on me still. I called many times to get my money back and no one would help me. They kept telling me to call the corporate office and the corporate office never answered me and kept telling me they’d get back to me which they never did. Really upsetting

Melanie did an amazing job on my brazilian and underarm wax. She took her time with my underarm wax as it was my first time. Highly recommend!

Use unikwax because the wax is the best I’ve used. Waxing is painful, but this wax makes it bearable. Always a friendly staff.
