I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It was my first time ever in life getting a wax on my Vagina & I was literally SCARED. BiBi was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, she was gentle & she educated me on how to take better care of my skin, especially in those sensitive areas. I also purchased some of their products she highly recommended & will be trying them out. I did my own research on their products before my scheduled appointment so I do have faith in these products. Karen is an amazing esthetician! She is gentle, thorough, and well-versed in the right techniques for different body/skin types. Always a great experience here. Today was the first time there was ever a mistake in my almost two years of going here and it prompted me to leave a review. The mistake today was that a wrong specialist was booked but everyone dealt with it very professionally.

The facility is spotless! Ciara scheduled my appointment and was at the desk when I was there. She’s a sweetheart. Got my service done with Kae; I’m very sensitive, therefore a little extra time was needed with me and i must say, Kae was very professional, kind, and patient. Just moved to the area and had to switch EWC locations. I can’t wait to start coming here regularly. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly and let me know I could use my accumulated rewards points when buying a product so that I could save money on the purchase. My wax specialist, Yelena, was very friendly, quick, and informative. She recommended the body polish which I bought and reminded me to use the ingrown hair serum everyday to get better waxing results. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.
