This was my first time coming to this salon and will definitely be coming back. They were super gentle and precise with their nail work. Workers were very kind. Loved my manicure!!!
I wanted to get a French manicure but ended up leaving with one of the worst manicures ever. The First Lady who did my nails tried a few nails and I noticed it was uneven. So I asked her to even it out. She then calls her colleague over who erases all of the nails to start over. Hopeful that she would do a better job, I wait patiently, only to realize it’s worse. The lines are crooked and she herself notices her mistakes so keeps erasing the same finger. She erases, then reapplies. Erases and then reapplies. Noticing I wasn’t pleased, she calls over the First Lady who I started with. She sits down to start again but loses all faith and hands over the job to her other colleague who is “really good at French,” according to her. At this point, I am hopeless, ready to ask for a regular manicure. But again, my patience continues. I hope she would be the one to give me a better experience, but high hopes are never good. I end up with one very messed up middle finger and 9 other crooked lines. Pictures will tell. This has been the worst experience and it was not worth $23. If you ever want a French manicure, DO NOT come here. They have it on their menu but clearly no ones is confident enough to do it.
Had a great experience, went in for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Went to Q nails nearby twice and didn't have a great experience, glad i found this spot and you can make an apt online. In'n'out in an hr and a half.
Wanted to give this spot a try since I live in the neighborhood and have been looking for a convenient nail salon. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. 1. Greeting - non-existent. Waited around until someone realized I existed and asked to sit without any expectation as to how long I'll need to wait. 2. 10 minutes later - I was asked to go to a technician for a pedicure meanwhile I did not pick out a color since I requested the sns color options. The woman was annoyed since I asked to pick my manicure color first. I think it's a reasonable request when you want mani and pedi to match. 3. Pedicure took less than 10 minutes - not sure how that's possible if you are actually putting effort into exfoliation. 4. Asked for dipped nails with extension but apparently they do not offer extensions. Asked to do gel manicure instead. The technician seemed annoyed and switched with another person. 5. The manicure and pedicure came out decent but here's the final push that really made me decide never to go back here. I asked to pay with credit card and the payment terminal was behind a plexiglass. The technician asked for "tip" so I said "yes" and asked to hit "custom" - not the default 20%. I wasn't impressed with the service so I was going to leave less. The technician pretended as if she didn't understand so I kept repeating myself and then finally she hit "custom." After making the selection, she made it seem like she can't enter a dollar amount. I was forced to give 20% when the service was not worth it. My opinion, if you want maximum gratuity - please work for it. For the price of the services, provide the upscale experience and gratuity will come automatically.Services: Manicure
Reasonable salon that does a good job on pedicures. I was it was a little more thorough but all in all a good experience. They’re very clean and always friendly.
My go-to neighborhood nail salon- I won't go anywhere else! Consistently amazing service, very reasonable prices, and my gel manicures last for forever thanks, Doma!. A true gem in Long Island City!

I don’t want to color. I want to do clean-up. But they charge the full prices. Also, before doing my pedicure, the women didn’t mention me. They have a $25 regular pedicure. Just show me the pedicure spa menu and let me choose one.
The worst nail salon I have been to! I got both a manicure and a pedicure done. During my spa pedicure, they used a callus remover on the bottom of my heal and it hurt so much! I looked down and noticed that I was bleeding! My nails were cut unevenly during my manicure and they were cut so short to the point where it still hurts to do day-to-day chores. I was really disappointed with my experience. I had high hopes considering it got good reviews on google and yelp.Services: Manicure
