Eurowise is awesome! I recently had them install and balance new tires on my Lamborghini Gallardo and they were super easy to work with. I was able to ship in my tires directly to their shop and get them installed within a couple of days upon arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great communication and customer service. Probably the coolest, aesthetically designed shop & lounge I've ever seen. 5/5

Brought my X5 there after the dealer said it needed a very expensive repair. I had my doubts and called Eurowise for a second opinion. They took the time to listen to my story, give their opinion, coordinate the tow over to their shop and then do some diagnostics of their own. Turns out, things were just fine… Thanks Eurowise for your expertise and patience throughout the process!

As always excellent service and customer service and care. Mike and other front desk attendant answered questions and made it easy process. Car was returned as promised. Been a repeat and happy customer since I've had my car and will continue to be.

Subject: Unsatisfactory Experience and Dispute Over Repairs Dear Eurowise Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your facility. On September 19th- 26th I dropped off my vehicle for diagnostic testing and repairs. Although initially informed that the work would commence on the 19th, I was not notified about any issues or updates until I arrived to collect my vehicle on the 26th. Upon pickup, I was surprised to learn that the repairs, totaling $1,267.82, included replacing spark plugs, ignition coils, and a carbon cleaning. Despite no communication from your team, I was expected to pay without question. offset by waiving the $150 diagnostic fee & $610 That would have been paid upon pick up I have serious concerns about the transparency and efficiency of your service. No visual evidence photos or videos was provided to support the extensive repairs and labor costs. The lack of communication and unwelcoming attitude from some staff members made me feel undervalued as a customer. I intend to take further action to ensure that no one else experiences similar treatment. I request a thorough review of my case and resolution. Sincerely, Rueben Johnson

I did not have a good experience and I feel they tried to take advantage of me being a female and not knowing about cars or mechanics. I was overcharged for a battery and the labor to put it in, well over $1000. The following week the same lights were on in my car and they wanted to charge me well over $3000 to change plugs and try a preliminary fix to see if that would correct the problem. It was then stated that probably wouldn’t fix the problem and they would assess after they made the second repair. Needless to say I told them I would not be using them for the repair and then conveniently the cost analysis and recommends for repair disappeared from the requisition. I would not recommend using them nor will I use them again.

I have been taking my 2014 Boxster to Eurowise for the past 5 years and their service has been impeccable. Extremely reasonably priced, timely, and only recommending what is needed. Highly recommend Eurowise!

For me this is the best Audi shop in town. If you are a real Audi or European car enthusiast probably you have heard about Eurowise, especially if you are in and or around town. If you are like me that love to make your car nicer and better adding aftermarket body and engine parts, this is the place. Mike and his team is the best when it comes to installation, repair, maintenance, custom work, VAGcom, etc. I have taken my cars, first my 2004 USP A4 Avant and now my 2013 A5 to this pace since Mike open his shop back in 2008. For both cars, he had done the suspension, engine tuning, exhaust, aftermarket and OEM body parts installation, and many other services. Always the price is right and they are honest in telling you what your car needs. Every time I have paid what they quoted me before the work is done, even some times they took more time or effort because of the difficulty of the work performed. During the years, I have seen this place grown from one person in one building to an entire team with an additional “performance” shop building. Always adding technicians, equipment and technology like their new alignment machine that before I had trouble finding a reputable place in town to have my car aligned with the low suspension I have. I think their success is because of their hard and good work, honesty and A+ customer service, each visit is always followed by email with a feedback survey. Since day one Mike has treated me like one special customer, even he has hundreds of customers with much nicer and expensive rides than mine. An example, last Friday afternoon while he installed the Carbon Fiber mirror covers in my A5 I see at least three R8 arriving there. I always keep using Eurowise for my car needs and I recommend it 100%. Good job Mike!
