Top notch business. Had my car towed to Meineke on South Blvd for a catalytic converter theft. They had the part in stock where the dealerships are on back order 3+months. My car was repaired by the next day. While the car was there I asked for a wheel alignment, oil change and inspection. All competed the same day! Very pleased with the customer service I received from the manager Ronnie Murphy! Will definitely recommend them.Service: Auto maintenance

They did my front brakes a few weeks ago and didn’t mention any errors that occurred. A few days after they did my brakes, in the middle of me driving, my brakes just suddenly stopped working. After getting my car towed backed to Meineke, they said that I need a new master cylinder as it was power steering fluid in it and that they could fix it and would give me a discount. I paid for damage they did to my car, have been in contact with this location, and have called corporate to resolve the situation for the past three weeks!!! The manager Ronnie has been extremely hostile and has been hiding the owners contact information from not only me but from corporate as well. How ironic is it that just six days after they did my brakes, that my master cylinder, which controls the entire braking system, is all of sudden damaged ???? It doesn’t take two years for a master cylinder to be damaged once power steering fluid is put in there as the manager only said this time frame to not take 100% responsibility for their errors!!!!! Update: I called on 12/20/22 right after there was a response to this review saying to call their number to resolve the issue. I call, the manager Ronnie proceeds to say , and I quote, “we are done with that vehicle,” and hangs up the phone. So I don’t know why the tone in the response to my google review was completely different than what I was met with when I called. The response says that they would resolve the issue, but the manager Ronnie hung up the phone and didn’t allow any resolution to happen. I truly hope the actual owner sees this, instead of their manager Ronnie, who has deliberately made no effort to take 100% responsibility for his mechanics’ negligence. If the mechanics did nothing wrong, why withhold the owner’s information ?????Service: Auto brake repair

The service here is always honest! They never try to sell me anything I don't need. In fact, they try to save me money when they can. I travel 30 minutes to take my car here because these guys never disappoint. 5 Stars

Ronnie was instrumental in resolving a warranty issue on a catalytic converter that had been installed by another Meineke franchise in another state. They had put on the wrong converter so the engine light kept coming on. They have also performed other maintenance and repair work for me that was always expertly done at a cost much lower than the dealer quoted.Services: Auto emissions testing

Ron and the workers of the shop are as professional as a shops can be. If you set an appointment you may be able to wait on your car as they inspect it or make minor repairs. Sure you'll be satisfied here.

I needed some help with a small job installing a low beam bulb. I needed to use my car to take my son to piano class when it was going to be dark out. I asked the manager for some help with this small task. He was very rude and tried to send me to another business. A mechanic offered to help me as I was leaving with one low beam functional, but the manager came out and started yelling at us. Is that any way to treat a disabled veteran?
