I love how personable their staff is and how ready they are to help me with what I need. I am a children's ministry director so I come in periodically. I love being able to see what I'm buying instead of depending on on-line glimpses.

Gal answering the phone asked if I could hold, I said yes. It was aproximent 3 minutes before closing. I assume she was with other customers at the time. When she returned to my call she was sincere, seemed to know what I was looking for in a specific Bible. She was not sure if what my specific request in the Bible I'd like would be on the website but let me know I could call back to ask more about a 'custom' Bible. She was quite sweet and I never felt rushed even though they had actually closed for the evening. Thank you Evangel. I wish you were still here in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

First time in the store and it was a lovely place with beautiful items. My younger sister went to buy a pen after the rest of us got our stuff, and it turned out the pen box was marked wrong. (It was marked .99 cents and it was 2.99) Instead of honoring the price the lady got very rude. My mother went back in to buy the pen and told the lady that my sister was hurt by the way she was treated, and the lady said she didnt do anything wrong and got very rude. She also said it was our fault and that she would pray for us. She also acted like my mom was going to get physical with her. My mom is handicapped and was using her walker..... And was asked to leave. Ya there was more but this lady was very rude and we will be findin a new book store. She should not be working in a holy place if she does not have GOD in her heart, mind, and soul.
