I agree with previous poster. If it were possible, I would absolutely give you my REAL thoughts I have had toward this awful, awful company with as many negative stars as I could possibly give. I'll just upfront admit that this experience was admittedly my fault because my mom and I had not really discussed who was supposed to be making payments for the use of one of their "wonderful" storage units, which by the way, destroyed our fence when they put it in our yard. Eventually I found out that this was my responsibility and didn't know it (again, our own fault, I understand) but so began the saga of the experience from hell. In fact, after that, we have had nothing but HORRIBLE customer service, sassy attitudes and even threats. The truth is that someone else wants the storage container so I was contacted and told that they were going to come get the container. Two days later, when my mom called with some questions, she was met with open hostility and aggression. When my mom explained that she wasn't asking for anything but she had some questions, she was rudely informed that "none of this would have happened if you just paid the bill!" All of this was something that I was trying to do....I was trying to pay the bill but it didn't work out. I completely understand that we weren't the greatest customers, but to full on treat people with hostility, rudeness, and condescending attitudes just because they asked a simple question about what needed to happen for the pickup? I had been trying to pay this stupid bill for weeks, by the way. I constantly got told that the person in charge of our account was "too busy" to help me because they were doing something with updating their computers or some crap. I just want to throw it out that I HAD TRIED for several weeks to pay for this stupid thing and was curtly told that this person was not available. As we are getting the stuff moved, yelling at my mom and telling her off , I get more and more angry. Technically, true. But to cop an attitude and hanging up so maturely when said customer wants to know how we need to prepare it for pick up, which technically will make THEIR life easier, it's completely unforgivable. This company is terrible. I wouldn't recommend that to anybody. They have terrible customer service. EVERY single time I had to deal with them, I came away with an incredibly awful feeling. I've spent most of my working days in customer service jobs and I'm seriously appalled that these people are even allowed to answer their phones. What adult hangs up on someone for asking a question about how to return their container? Run. Run far far away from this company. Run for the hills. You don't want to mix with this hot mess of a business. Ironically, the other ratings that have posted have been very much less than stellar as well. This company sucks. If you need ANYTHING, (gravel, storage unit, equipment), do a little research and skip over this company. It's even worth paying more if you can avoid dealing with these people because they absolutely do not take care of their customers. They seem to think that they are better than anyone in their field and even their customers. I could go on all day about why you should NOT do business with this company. In truth, I never write reviews because I don't think it's worth my time. This company, however, made me break that mold. If you read this, absolutely listen to my hardships with the company. You will always be treated like a second-class person , you will get awful customer service from a very immature office staff (again, who hangs up on a person who is asking a question and copping an attitude before hanging up). I will absolutely never use this company again and I will absolutely tell my friends as they are working on building their houses and others that I come across to go to a company that cares. I will, in fact, be actively involved in promoting companies in this space. Again, run. Run for the hills.

No complaints here. All staff members were kind and helpful. Plus the price I got my cyclone sand for was extremely cheap. Highly Recommend!

Evans Grader and Paving are awesome! I get sand for my kids sandbox there. Kim is always so friendly and helpful.

They are a great company. The owner and his wife care about the community and try their best to be fair, honest and ethical. They would be my first choice when getting gravel for a project. They also have one of the top estimators in the state. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

If there was a rating of negative stars, this would be a candidate. This company is responsible for breaking my windshield, and my car was assaulted by rocks while I was on the freeway, and I wasn't even directly behind the truck. I immediately contacted the company, gave all the details, even followed the truck to where it was dropping off its load. Blake at Evans followed up and found that the truck, which was equipped with a GPS, was where I said it was, at the time I said it was, and then proceeded to tell me that their drivers always made sure there are no rocks that can come off the trucks and that the insurance company wouldn't cover the damage unless I had video of the rocks coming off of the truck. I wonder what the Utah Highway Patrol's attitude would be if I was trying to get video while driving, or even what other drivers would think. Since they GPS their trucks, I guess its a requirement that we all install video cameras in our cars, just in case. based on other reviews here, looks like this company is not really about any kind of customer service at all. If I ever have need for whatever kind of services they offer, I will not ever be giving them a call, and I am going to be very vocal to anyone I know if I even hear rumors they might do business with these guys.
