With many any instruments out on display to the point where you are almost tripping over them, you would think that you are able to play some of them. That's where you are wrong. You will be told that you cannot plug into an amp if there are lessons going on (which is understandable) but even if you are not plugged into an amp, you will be requested to stop playing as it produces "wear and tear" on the instruments. I am unsure how 10 minutes of playing can damage the instrument from its "New/Use" condition. I am also unsure about how an instrument can be both "New/Used" as was labeled on the tag. The instruments are overpriced and some were not in the greatest of condition with outside damages. Guitar strings were also over priced. I told someone working there (who I am 99% sure was the owner) that a fretless bass has the wrong strings in it and were cutting into the fretboard. My words were barely acknowledged as he said he didn't want the value of instruments to decrease, even though I was trying to point out that the bass was being damaged.

Our family has purchased some very nice equipment and all 3 of us have taken music lessons at one time or another. Mr. Evans, Tim Moon and the rest of the staff are awesome!!

The owner was disrespectful and gave the impression that he did not like me or my friend. The guitars are in a horrible environment and I found a fretless bass with round wound strings which were eating the fingerboard, I told the owner and suggested he put flat wound strings on it, and he scoffed and said I don't know what I'm talking about. I do not recommend this place the people who run it are senile and hate the youth that want to learn music. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for instruments, also if you want to play something just forget it the owner is against people trying out a instrument in store.

I really enjoyed the feeling I got ever since I entered the store, plus the help I got from Mr. Richards and T.J.
