Come here for instruments. It’s cheap bro. Just hang out and play some instruments. Lessons are easy. Do it.

Honestly, I would have rated them less that a 1 star, but the system would not let me. Do not do business with Music and Arts. There customer service is horrible. They do not return calls, and make you wait on hold for an hour to speak with a representative. In my case, I had a service plan that was paid for in advance. Yet, they sent me to collections for a bill that was already paid for. I had contacted them 3 times and waited on hold each time and was always reassured that the issue was corrected, but still sent to collections. If you need a instrument service plan, use another company.

So I’m currently in the market to purchase a new keyboard. I walked into the store where there are 4 workers sitting behind the counters eating and I was not approached the whole time I was in the store. I was not greeted it was like I was invisible. Terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate, I was ready to drop a good chunk of cash for an instrument. I’ll try my luck going to a different establishment where I’m welcomed, because obviously Music & Arts is not an inclusive establishment.
