over a week ago someone in A Charlotte Location hacked into my account and left a Fake rating not only for Harry & Jeanie West but other retailers on my Google account. I was notified by Google That my account was accessed by another computer in Charlotte, NC and was told to change my password. After talking with my Mother last night 10/04/17 she informed me of the "FAKE" rating. I pickup and do Luthier repairs for My Mother out of this store and would not shoot myself in the foot by giving it a bad rating.
