Chris was very professional in his recommendations of a PA system to meet the needs of the SKILLS Group of Charlotte. He offered discounts and assistance in directions to help us set it up too. We had a great experience in January when we purchased our first keyboard and recorders for our group and this visit to Sam Ash was another great experience. Will go back for sure. Oh and did I mention, when I had questions during installation, Chris was a phone call away. Then he followed up with a phone call before he left the store for the day to be sure we were not having any set up questions! Now that is service.

The guys in the drum department at the Charlotte NC store are great. They have been very helpful getting me the things I need. Thanks guys!

I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was directed to the area to find dynamic microphones, where the attendant went through some reasonably priced mics. I picked one in my price range and took advantage of their 2 year protection program. Overall great experience.
