I've been with Eve (and Tom) for years!  I like having the opportunity to sit down with my agent and discuss my options when my coverage needs to change.

I would never think about going to any other agency.  This place is top notch and i can't find lower rates or better service. Any negative reviewers are entitled to their opinion but i have only had the best experience with eve and staff.

Call never get an answer. Failed communication, refuse to return customers call, send out notification of cancellation because no one took time out to verify documentation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

When my car broke down and I called for a tow, State Farm lost my car for four days. They refused to compensate me in anyway despite the fact that I lost large amounts of money as a result of their negligence. I have never been treated worse by a company then eve hamper did. Go literally anywhere else.

Consistently terrible service. Canceled my policy by accident. Road side service not provided. I will never use them again.
