Everlasting Changes

EC has an incredible team that seamlessly works you into fantastic shape with different challenges daily. I came to EC several years ago after health issues that left me feeling less than my normal self. They brought me back and then some! Working out at EC mentally prepares me for my day and you are surrounded by great trainers and work out friends that are encouraging. I highly recommend them.

EC is one of the best decisions I've made lately....an investment in ME, Inc. They provide detailed attention from the training team to the nutritional support . If you are serious about improving your overall health and changing your body, this is the place. Brent knows how to work around any former or current injury or other aches and pains! Jen, Brent, Kayce and Abby are truly an experienced team who is focused on you and your goals . Great atmosphere where you have a limited number of people at any one cycle. Not intimidating and everyone supports each other as well. Highly recommend EC !

Amazing place and atmosphere. Brent and the trainers are positive and push you towards whatever goals or fitness level you are after. Truly a place where everyone works with each other to create a positive , no judgement workout. Fun and creative workouts are planned each day to challenge each person. Family environment with trainers that care about you as a person.

Everlasting Changes has been such a great experience. All the trainers make it fun and challenging. Excited to thrive in this culture they have created. If you live in the area this gym is the place to be.
