Elite Personal Training

I have been attending Elite for almost a year and the experience has been phenomenal! I attend afternoon and Saturday small group sessions and even though there are several of us, each person gets one on one guidance and support. All my work outs are desgned for me, my body type, and my physical limitations. The training staff are excellent! They are positive, supportive and adaptable as your needs change. They address both the physical and the mental aspects of great over all health and wellness. Every session is different and challenging and I love it! I look forward to my sessions, even though I know how much I will be doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone from late teens to seniors who want a great work out in a positive and small group enviroment. I also know that their one on one training is excellent and their successes are amazing.!

Tina and Lindsey are amazing!!! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed and motivated to push the limits. The workouts are fun and challenging with personal training to help you achieve your goals. It's hard to believe that in just a month I have lost over 13lbs. I could not have done this without my gym "family" and look forward to setting new goals.

I love Elite Personal Training. I have been a client for about 6 months. Last year when I was putting my Christmas decorations into the attic, I had to have help getting some of the boxes up there including my big Christmas tree box. This year I was able to get all the boxes up there myself including the Christmas tree box. i was so excited to tell Tina and Lindsey how much their training has helped in this short amount of time. It's great to go there to see what workout they have planned for each session and then they push and encourage you as you get through them. They want their clients to reach their personal goals and they're willing to be there to help you reach them. Way to go, ladies!

Best place to work out. You will get results. Lindsey is an excellent trainer and runs the semi-private training sessions. The exercises and atmosphere are perfect for getting a challenging workout done. Tina the owner is awesome and provides some of the best rounded personal training you can get anywhere. Looking for a place to work out -- this is it! You won't regret it.

Elite Personal Training is the best small studio for semi-personal training. Tina and her staff have created a welcoming and friendly environment by making the workouts fun and challenging. The studio is clean and the peer support is fabulous! I love this place!!!
