I love this place! The vibes are amazing! I went for a wall yoga class and it was the best one I’ve taken!

I've known Angie for a few years now and would recommend her services to anyone that needed to get back in shape or just wanting to fun way to stay active. She is always extremely positive and encouraging to be around. Fit Columbia is a wonderful place to work out and actually have fun while you're at it!

Yesterday, I went to a Puppy Yoga class at Fit Columbia! During this one-hour class, we did both Aerial and Wall Yoga! It was first encounter with both and it was so much fun! I tried each pose, even if I did not feel comfortable fully completing it yet. Owner/Instructor Angela was AWESOME! She assisted me with the poses and adjusted them for my comfort level! I would definitely recommend anyone to try Fit Columbia!

Every time I take a class here I love it. The instructors are welcoming, helpful, and full of energy.

Fit Columbia is such a great addition to the 5 points area. They have innovative and unique classes with friendly and welcoming staff members. This is a great place to have fun and workout at the same time!
