Chimene is the real deal for treating sports injury and pain. She has successfully helped me with shoulder impingement and has helped me with my low back that was re injured after a L5-S1 disk rupture. I believe in her so much I gave all my family members gift cards to her for Christmas presents!

My son in law gave me a gift certificate for massage with Chimene. I was very hesitant because of my neck. I’ve had many therapists tell me they could help me, but only cause me more pain. I’ve had chronic neck pain for years and since I’ve been seeing Chimene’s through her therapy I’m neck pain free. Thank you Chimene

Anybody that has not got cupping done before you need to meet up with the massage therapist there she is a wonderful person great personality and I'll get you fixed right up it has great benefits and she'll tell you all of it best massage I've ever had!

The ultimate hardcore gym for truly serious workouts. No frills, no B.S. Manager Lee has encyclopedic training knowledge. If you want to just look pretty or show off, go elsewhere.

Has everything a gym needs and nothing it doesn't. No track, no tanning beds, no frills. A hardcore gym with a great selection of plate load/cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, Olympic platforms, rings, sleds and tires. Absolutely love this place - they're not looking to scam you with a ridiculous cancelation process - they just want to see people improve.
