Story

Evoke invites you to take your palate on a culinary tour, driven by creative, seasonal menus. With a focus on prime and dry-aged steaks, house-made pastas and fresh crudo, Executive Chef Oscar LaFuente and Chef de Cuisine Rodrigo Velazco introduce a contemporary twist on worldwide favorites, utilizing the highest quality products sourced both locally and abroad.

The Evoke Bar is open daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 am for breakfast and 5:00 to 10:00 pm for dinner.

The Longitude 80 Bar is open daily from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
