Evolution Craft Brewing Co. & Public House

Evolution Craft Brewing....good beer...GREAT food. We were only able to sample a few of their beers and nothing stood out, but lemme tell you, whoever is back there in that kitchen knows what they are doing. The meal this evening was exquisite (see, you made me, a devout hillbilly, use a word like "exquisite"....damn you). Never in my days have I walked into a brewing place and encountered food preparation such as this. Maryland Style Crabdip...excellent; Seafood Mixed Grill...superb; and the Apple Cobbler...delightful. Servers efficient and friendly too. We will return, and if I can find a 5-star beer in there somewhere, I'll re-rate this place as a 5-star brewing company.

Been here for a private dinner three years running and it's always good. Great beer. Big, open space that has solid bar seating and lots of outdoor area. Great food - even the pared down big group menu was just fine and had plenty of options. One of the most established eastern shore breweries for a reason.

Some of the best food and beer in Maryland, HANDS DOWN! Service is extremely slow at times which is SUPER frustrating but the food generally makes up for it. The sauces are all amazing and they create their own unique flavor!! Highly recommend if you aren’t in a hurry.

Great food! Had the burger and it was delicious. Oh, the beer was great too. Nice atmosphere, and good service at the bar.

Food was fantastic, the waitress was great. The problem was the dinner got off to a bad start because the hostess was incredibly snotty. She was very rude and she ruined an otherwise perfect lunch.
