Been here before and really liked it, and this time we had a great lunch. They quickly seated my party and provided a sling chair to hold the car seat we had with us. Drinks were provided quickly and refills were always accomplished before we even had to ask. Got the delicious maple pepper bacon burger, well balanced with the sweet and spicy flavors and the burger cooked just right. My friend got the pulled pork on the jalapeno waffle and really enjoyed it. We all had a very good time and our waiter was very attentive and made my daughter laugh a bunch

MOST AMAZING DINE IN EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN YEARS! Octavia is definitely the model server and without her this review would not have made it. From the greeting to the farewell she made sure we were happy. The drinks were amazing, food was perfect (I'm from Alabama so that means allot about food in the DMV), service was impeccable! Thanks for making my first date start on a great note. We both enjoyed you and appreciate your great hospitality. I'll definitely be back and I want Octavia EVERY TIME!

We were at Granite City last night - our waiter Kelly was excellent and quite patient with us as we had a hard time making our selections for the evening. The food was delicious - I had the Yukon Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries (going back again to have it). Kelly brought "Chef C" out to meet us and we told him what a fantastic job he did on that creation!!! Recommend you all try it!!!!

We got here at 10:45 at night on 5/23 and probably didn't get acknowledged till 11 and didn't get our drinks till 11:10. There was one bartender for the whole restaurant and maybe 2 servers. The manager was helping to serve but he was the slowest of them all. We finished eating our appetizers at 11:45 and waited for anyone to bring the check. By 12, the manager starts telling the rowdy people it's closing time and time to go. He walks past us and tells us we need to finish and head out. I told him I'd love to leave his place if anyone wanted to bring our check. Talk about a terribly run establishment. If management doesn't care, no one will.

Basically a waste of time. If you’re a beer nerd, skip this place and don’t look back. The bar was filthy. The staff was slow and indifferent. Could be so much better but the basic ingredient of great beer is missing. Just before I left, there was an issue with a customer sending food back. Someone who looked like a boss was reprimanding a staffer and then a couple of other bartenders started arguing. This place is a $#!+ show.
