I got my nails done by them yesterday and I am very upset. I asked for coffin shape, I got square the design is uneven, she put no base coat so you can see my real nails thru them, they’re lumpy and uneven

I would not come here awkward experience my sister asked for coffin and got this I ask for coffin and got almond shape would not recommend

I have been a handful of times now. Each time I've been I get exceptional service. The techs are great. My nails look better than I expect, I am in and out in a short amount of time, the rates are fantastic and I CANNOT express to you how happy I am when I leave every visit. When I arrive, I'm a stressed out bundle of nerves and when I leave I feel like I've been visiting with my friends at my local spa. I've visited the fancier places in town but this is the place that has earned my business. Any of the staff will take care of you, no doubt.

I called and made an appointment for pedicure, I arrived at the place at the exact scheduled time, you just told me that you had put someone else in my place! That I was even sitting... If I want to wait "maybe" 30 minutes. No, I couldn't, I could have slept more and just not gone to your disrespectful salon. A person who makes an appointment and arrives without delay should be respected, because be sure that time is money. I don't recommend it and I'll never come back!!!

Anna was amazing. I will definitely be using this salon as my go to nail place. She worked with me to find the right colors and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Conversation was easy and unforced. I felt very comfortable and at ease in the salon. I got gel nails done and the price was very reasonable.Service: Manicure

Horrible nail salon the people here are so disrespectful and rude they did not listen to me I tried getting French tips and they brought out an orange base coat when I asked for nude brown… at that point in time I told them nvm on the French tips and just to do a NUDE BROWN they brought me pink nude are you serious I asked 2 times for the same color and you brought me 2 colors that were not even close to what I asked .. the nails are lump and uneven none of them are the same length the polish has lumps in it like it’s expired .. when he cut off the plastic tips he used the cut off plastic tips to scrape the acrylic underneath my nails instead of drilling it and SOMEHOW STILL left acrylic underneath my nail .. super unsanitary idk how they’re licensed also just got my nails redone today and got a soak off and my nails melted that means they used MMA which is so so unsafe for your nails it destroys your nail bed it’s illegal to use MMA for acrylic nails please save your time and well being and go somewhere else … 120$ for the worst possible nails and customer service experience I’ve ever had wish I could give 0 stars

This was my first time here. Really great experience! Called the same day for last minute appointment. They were very accommodating and set the right expectations. I got the deluxe pedicure and manicure. Very, very reasonably priced. Great massage. Vast color selection with lots of options all around. Kim was fantastic! Thank you, Kim!

These guys are top notch. Start to finish. Wonderful. Thanks so much. We live about an hour away with many salons along the route worth every minute of the trip !

BEWARE : I tried doing a 100% acetone soak off at home after going to this salon, Been going at it for about 3 hours + . The fake nails are not flaking off as they should and instead are coming off gooey, This means this salon uses an illegal substance known as MMA Monomer which is known to cause kidney failure and MISCARRIAGE. Was talking to the lady who was doing my nails about how I’m currently pregnant. I’m appalled by this gross negligence with my health. I do not recommend this salon to anyone!
