Unfortunately I have to revise my review for this place. My first two appointments went very well and I was some what pleased with my results. On my third time here something went horribly wrong. My lips are so uneven and isn't at all what I had requested. My top lip is now super lumpy, bumpy, and severely uneven on the leftside. My top lip was badly swollen for weeks from the multiple injections that were completely unnecessary, I had requested a fuller bottom lip but received way more product to the top left of my lip for some reason. I understand swelling but it just didn't make sense why I was receiving so much product to my top lip when I had asked for a fuller bottom, not to mention so much to just the left portion. There's even multiple lumps inside my mouth. I was additionally very put off when I contacted them, with pictures so they could see after two weeks what I was left with, they were very rude and didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience or for the poorly done job. I feel like I seriously wasted my money, and I'm left with a botched lip. This was not a cheap procedure and I will not be returning to this business.

I love this place. It's not only a one stop shop for all your Wellness needs, their gold is in Latoya. When I met Latoya, I knew I was safe getting my first Botox and Juvaderm lip injection. She walks you through everything, and is very conservative. I didn't want to look crazy and we accomplished exactly that. Her experience and training is impeccable. I felt safe here, it's clean, they are professional and all the staff is very nice! I will be going back for a long time.

I had a horrible experience at this spa. Latoya did my botox and it deformed my face for months. I was so traumatized by the entire process. They tried to fix it but could not and Dr. Morris that works with them was completely unprofessional and did not even see me after requesting it multiple times. I would not recommend this spa. Beware of this place or your face will be deformed for months until the Botox wears off!

***WARNING*** This business is a disgusting SHAM!! Please do NOT let Latoya anywhere near your face with a needle!! She is literally the worst I have ever experienced in my life, and her and both owners have zero integrity. Let me start by saying Latoya ***THREATENED TO SUE ME FOR SLANDER*** if I posted this honest review!! Absolutely vile and disgusting. The owner Dr. Derek promised to refund my money after Latoya horribly botched me, but then they never did. When I called to check on the refund he also THREATENED ME and said never call there again or he would take action. They also somehow managed to remove the pictures I posted of her HORRIBLE disgusting work so I’m reposting them in hopes I save even one person from this nightmare. They are a slimy, shady, dishonest, extremely subpar joke of a clinic. Please view my pictures if you’re able to before they delete them again. 1 She gave me the worst, most crooked, insane looking botox. 2 She used a botox needle to inject my lips which was the most painful unskilled unacceptable technique ever and left 2 big lumpy rubbery globs. 3 I got filler in my nasolabial folds which also was just 2 giant globs in my cheeks that made me look like a freak show clown and I had to dissolve it. PLEASE do not trust these shady lying terrible crooks!!! They are hiding the honest real reviews and will threaten you into silence when they botch your face!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

I've had botox a dozen times over the years and never had swelling and bruises like I got from this place. Most of it went away within a week, but I still have a tiny bruise on my forehead that I'm not sure if it's going to go away. Luckily I wear bangs! I won't be going back to this place.

During consultation and procedure, injector appears confident.. However, did not return phone calls, hard to get hold of Latoya when injection had issue. Staff stating will return calls in "2 minutes" but never did. Left multiple voice mails, but no answer. Lack of trust after all.

I've always had a great experience with Latoya. She is a professional and will walk you through the procedure. She listens to your requests and makes me feel rejuvenated. thanks much

Run far away from this spa I got laser hair removal and they burned me! They gave me a generic triple antibiotic to treat the burns! I had really bad blisters and still till this day do I have scars on my arms ...they could careless about the well being.They returned my money back though

Love this place, great customer service, I have been using Exclusive Care Wellness spa for over a year for Botox never had any swelling or bruise always great results. Highly recommended !!!!!

Went in for a lipo laser treatment very clean and professional place staff was very nice and made the process easy .
