They have made me pay the copay for the Rhinoplasty at the institute but they never paid the Hospital, so on the day of my surgery , i had to repay the Copay and thought i would settle with institute later. Its been 5 months i am still following up but nobody gets on the phone to explain me or refund my $3775. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
