Absolut Terrible Service I had to run about 3 Kilometers, 7 Miles and 3784 Meters to get to the toilet. When i came back my car was on the roof of the building, next to it was my other lambowhich i stole from andrew tate upsidedown. But all in all would totally eat a big mac rn

I rented a Mustang convertible for my daughters 5th grade graduation parade. The service from the time I contacted Executive was top notch. The price was competitive, they explained all policies up front and they even delivered the car right to my door-in the middle of a storm no less. The car was cleaned, detailed and sanitized has in perfect condition. My daughter was so surprised to see it in the drive way. It really made her graduation so special. When the rental was over they came and picked up the vehicle from my home and I was contacted within an hour with my final invoice. It was exactly the cost we agreed and my deposit was released from my credit card Immediately, I would absolutely use this service again, Definitely a 5 star experience!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to use them while my car was at Roseville Chrysler/Jeep for warranty service. My appointment was at 8AM I arrived early, but the rental agent didn't get there until almost 9 and took no less than 15-20 minutes to get the car ready. After the service, it took them two days to close it out I returned it the same day, and they didn't refund the amount as expected the rental was covered by Chrysler and it took three attempts to actually reach someone about it, but she dismissed it and said I had it for two days I guess when you show up late and leave early , that might seem like two days. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Brian and his staff over at the Warren location is totally phenomenal. We have dealt with them before but now their customer service is truly exceptional. We have been in a rental with them for months due to an insurance claim. They were able to assist us right away. Friendly atmosphere and very attentive to their customers. I would highly recommend the Executive Car Rental in Warren MI for your next car rental service. Thank you very much

I agree with the comments on slow service. My inspiration to write this review is the $250 deposit that has not been credited back, going on close to 3 weeks after they stated the deposit would only take 3-5 business days. This is fraudulent behavior and other car rental company's do not do business in such a manner. We have reached out 5 times over the past several weeks to request the refund but we keep on getting the "ol response" ... we have requested that refund for you ... but no credit to our account .. no refund after 3 weeks and counting. Although the midnight manger was very outgoing at the Detroit Airport location, the slow service and the feeling they are stealing $250 dollars encourages me to write this review to caution others.

Serena was great to work with in Pensacola Florida. We were able to secure an exceptional vehicle and received exceptional service. I would highly recommend!

This place is nothing short of awesome. I ended up selling my vehicles to the company. I even rented a vehicle until I located a new car for myself. The place is super clean, the loaner car was mint, all my vehicle loans were paid off. Management made the transactions simple. There was nothing said that wasn't completed, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Don't be deceived. This place has a multitude of hidden costs. Insurance for the car was more than the rental itself. Was told we could get insurance through a 3rd party and they would refund us, did that, only to have them say we were misinformed and they would not refund us the insurance. Cost us double what we had been expecting. The front desk agents and help line representatives were friendly and tried their best to be helpful, but could do nothing to resolve the situation. The company itself is sleazy and deceitful, don't waste your time and money.

My wife and i had a very pleasant experience with this company. Ive read some of the reviews about the deposit. Not sure what was going on but we were refunded our deposit immediatly upon returning the car. They also really went far and beyond their own guidelines as far as meeting our needs for a rental. I rented A Volkswagen Jetta back in July of 2019. I ended Up getting a flat tire and I called Into the office. The lady in the office told me to put the spare on and come into the office the next day. Upon returning the company took the keys and sent me on my way. They charged me for a damage fee to the vehicle then they put in a false claim to my insurance company for rear end damage. There was no damage to the vehicle and it was a total scam and fraud on the company part. When i called into question the claim and my account I was Not given a straight answer and sent around the company. My insurance company paid the claim for this false damage. This was insurance fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED !!!
