Working with Rent A Wreck was very easy and simple. They gave me a very nice and clean Hyundai ELANTRA. They work with me to allow me to bring the car back on a Saturday night even though they were not open. I will definitely work with them again. They had the best rates and again they were very easy to work with. I really appreciate it their help.

Armando and the team were WONDERFUL! Our personal minivan died on us as we were taking our daughter and grandchildren to Frankenmuth for a mini vacation. We needed a minivan to seat everyone and they stayed open and quickly had a minivan ready for us! They were friendly and helpful!

Exceptionally polite response to my harried phone call asking for assistance in renting a car. Not only did they fit my price range, they collected me from my house and brought me to the office to complete the paperwork in a very timely manner. Within minutes I was back on my way to work. So impressed with the service was I, I have put my non working car into the Tire and Service shop for repair. If the renting experience is anything to go by, I fully expect my car to be fixed at a reasonable rate very shortly

Horrible scammers. I rented a car for them for a week, it was $217 but I don't carry full coverage insurance so I got their insurance for the week to make the total $358.00. While I had the car something hit the front while I was parked and put a tiny little gash on the front bumper that I did not notice. When I returned the car they told me that they would have to estimate how much it would cost, that even though I bought the insurance that there was a $500 deductible and that they were not going to give me the deposit back until they got an estimate. They called me two hours later and told me it would be $350 to repair the little dash and they were keeping my deposit and they want another $150, f**k that. I am calling the BBB, don't rent from here

Nice people, but bad business! You all should take the website down, if you don't have the inventory to rent out. I would've been beyond upset, had I prepaid for a rental, only to get to the location and be told no cars were available. It almost appears as if you all are scammers

Good place to rent a car. The cars are older and have lots of miles on them. The rates are reasonable. The cars were clean. Make sure to have a reservation because they are a popular place.
