Executive Inn

This place is run down. Mold and holes in bathroom ceiling. Water ALL over the floor from an apparent plumbing leak. Waaaay over priced for this place! THE FRONT DESK LADY IS RUDE AND I NEVER SEE HER DO ANY WORK. THE MAN IS AWESOME AND HE WORKS SO HARD TO KEEP THIS PLACE GOING! Maybe a little more effort from the woman and a little less poor attitude!

Executive Inn provided a good safe place to spend the night. Staff was courteous and professional. The room was large and comfortable. They allowed my service dog to stay without any issues. The only draw back was that they did not have coffee available in the morning.

This place was our last resort. There was hair on the sheets. Which means to us the sheets were dirty. The rooms were not maintained. Don't even get me started on the showers. Would not walk on the carpet barefoot. If you need a bed, sleep in your car.Rooms: 1/5

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT ever stay at the executive inn off Wilshire and Bryant. They have bed bugs!!!!! Which they claim they dont btw This was found in my room on my pillow during the day. I called them and told them about it and even shown them a picture and they refused to give me a refund back for my room unless I physically brought them the actual bed bug SMH. Very unprofessional and rude and poor customer service to say the least. They wouldn't even allow me to change rooms without paying extra or having to wait until their regular check-in time when I had already been there and checked it. She claimed that they did not have bed bugs because they spray special chemicals to prevent this and have never had any complaints from anyone else. I was told that I needed to bring the actual bed bug to them to prove to them that they actually have bed bugs but when I clearly showed them this picture she did not believe me. Although they are very cheap rooms and affordable I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay there unless you want to get bitten while you're sleeping or worse and bring them back home with you. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE!!!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Bed bugs. Nasty. Dirty. Still hair on the walls in the shower. Bugs. The worst place I have ever stayed!!!Rooms: 1/5

1st time coming to the city. It’s a nice place tucked away. Wish the WiFi was better and Stronger but another than that good.Rooms: 4/5

Cheap rundown motel very old and broken down bed. But better than sleeping in the car
