Exo Astoria

We loved living at Exo Astoria! The property manager Shriya is the BEST and easy work to work with. The building is always clean and well kept. We loved having a gym free in building and the roof top views are second to none. Jaime and the rest of the staff are great. Overall ever employee was was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Astoria/NYC!

The management was amazing. Anything I needed Shriya was truly fantastic. Also, Jaime was such a genuinely nice person on top of being exceptional at his job. If we had a problem from an old door knob to a hinge on the cabinet door they’d solve it within a day. And it feels like home when the front desk knows your name, what apartment you’re in and notifies you of any packages. Best place I’ve lived in thus far.

Let me start by saying some of these negative reviews were written before new management took over Exo Astoria. We have had a wonderful experience living at Exo. The building is clean and bright, with updated appliances in the apartment, and wonderful amenities including but not limited to: the roof decks, washer/dryer-in unit, lounge with Starbucks coffee maker! and gym. Exo management is extremely friendly, helpful, and resourceful. They have helped my girlfriend and I anytime we have asked whether in person or via email. The building is cleaned daily, and the super and supporting staff are super friendly and professional. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and request any services in the apartment. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Horrible building. Too expensive and the insulation doesn't exist. You will pay $500 per month for the electric's bill! Go away!!!! The management close their eyes all the time in front of all the problems. Friendly pets. You will hear all day and all night long the dogs!

They have the audacity to call this luxury....Many newer buildings in the area w/better management, better layouts and more importantly, better PRICES, do your research and DONT rent here

I lived in this building the first year it was open and it's clear there was shoddy construction and awful management. I would never recommend living here!

Very nice luxury building in the heart of a Storia.

Astoria park...Down the block ! Bridge...water what else do you need.
