One of workers used fault language in front of costumers. The worker said he was off from work and he can speak the way he wanted ! Phone services ok
This is the second I visited here and the 2 lady were so nice and honestly the price is great but maybe for people is alot but I love environment and price. For me is a 5 star. It better than any American carrier in my opinion.
I have been coming to this place at the office in Jackson height and always received the best customer service and my packages always arrive on time and good conditions specially Jenny always ready with a friendly smile keep the good work
I had the best service by Vicky. She helped out alot. I havent sent a package to south America before and she took the time to explain why and the process. Didnt rush me even tho I was asking hundreds of questions. Super nice and she help me resolve the issue and package was able to go. The packaging guy packed the items nice and tight. Plenty of tape around package too. Will use them again.
I am so upset with this place. I called the day before going to check on what I needed to ship a box to Uruguay. I live far, so I wanted to make sure I got everything. When I got there, the lady started to give me almost 10+ restrictions, even went to say that I needed the physical ID of the person I was shipping to, and when I said “that is Impossible” she reply “well not impossible, have the person ship it to you” like are you kidding me, after that she told me that I could bring a copy of it, I explained I live 1 hour and a half away if I could e-mail it to her and she maybe can print it, she told me they can’t do that to find a place that does. Super poor customer service, 0 sympathy and willing to help. After all this, she tells me that my shipment can’t have anything repeated more than 6 times, meaning none of the items can be the same 6 times. I was shipping school supplies as donations to a very poor school, sending for example 300 pencils, which she reply well just send 6, it is actually comical the situation now. Conclusion, they need to educate themselves before speaking, need to work on their people skills, and learn to be helpful. I found a place exsur blocks away, that shipped everything as it was, with none of this BS. I would NEVER go back or even recommend to anyone.
So far so good...not one problem or mistake. I sent packages on few occasions to Ecuador, they always arrived in less than two weeks...I hope they keep up the good work ,
Always pleasant and very helpful staff! The price is reasonable and my family gets their packages in good condition and very fast.
Nice staff and good prices to ship to the Dominican Republic. Near public transportation but not much parking available in the area.
Worse company ever...I shipped only one box to mexico and it took 3months to get there,and when I got it it was half of what I originally I sent...the service is mad sloppy they never know what's going on,when you call them looks like there is no communication from each other...while expresito carga could deliver a single box estafeta usa delivered 5of them...expresito it's to expensive for the crappie service they have!
The service and the price is excellent. However, business hours aren't conviente at all. Very difficult to do business with them since they close so early everyday of the week.
