Express 11 Car Service

I have been riding with this car service for many years . I personally have great respect for the dispatcher in the morning who goes up and beyond the call of duty . To ensure the drivers are in line if any kind of situation that can arise. And most of the drivers are kind , humble and respectful. Highly recommended .

Hi. This month two different drivers demanded that I pay more than the price quoted by the dispatcher when I made the reservations. I have been using Express 11 for 3 1/2 years and never had this happen before this month. I am going to switch to Uber. I don't need the hassle. So disappointed in Express 11.

These guys were 5 stars plus for 15 years! Fast reliable and friendly. Now that they were bought by 7th ave/cheers...the are just like all the rest. Slow, addres wrong, don't believe I paid over phone after 10 years of regular service!. I was a regular customer. No more.

Called the company and the said they would be there in 30 minutes, and the driver was there exactly in 30 minutes! The car was clean, and the driver was very welcoming! I called another time and got the same service! Absolutely love express 11! Will always be using them

Forget about taking this taxi. No matter if you pre-booked, you call at the airport and they have to come from Brooklyn!!. 40 minutes waiting, rude drivers and owner. Risky driving. And not economic at all.

Can be on and off service. They used to be my go-to guys to get a smoking cab if you know what I’m saying. But you’ll be told 5 minutes and they won’t show up till 10 minutes later.

Do not call these guys.. we been waiting for over 40 mins for a cab. The dispatch first say 7 mins then 2 mins and then 5 mins again and then when I call again... they keep me on hold.. if they r so call busy they should just say they r to busy..

The west in the world there been taking me to work for 10 years at night never miss a night always on time love you guys

Depends on the driver some are decent people who share a common courtesy others are rude and disrespectful.
