Express Care Roxborough Memorial

I waited for an hour and was seen. The doctor treated me like a human being. He referred me to a dermatologist that could probably see me soon. Afterwards he even checked up on me. I was treated for my skin condition within 2 hours. If I went to a regular PCP I would have had to wait a month just to get an appointment.

I found all the staff amazing. The receptionist was pleasant, the woman who took my vitals helped me with prescription medications memory and a booklet. The doctor was pleasant and efficient!

The receptionist and the nurse I dealt with were so kind and on the ball that it can almost make me over look the doctor’s indifference to how ill I was feeling. Just happy to give a non rapid Covid test and the numbers of other doctors in the area who can’t see me for a week.

Efficient and thorough. Physician was knowledgeable and communicated clearly the best course of treatment.
