Junior was very very helpful, this is my first time financing a car and they talked to me and told me about everything that I was approved for and even when I called they told me that I could ask to see other cars from other locations to see if I could get approved for them it's was pretty easy and got to leave with a new car. I will be coming back to hopefully finance again and will recommend for people who are like me!
This is my fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Express Credit and each time has been absolutely perfect! The vehicle I initially went to look at this time was very nice but just didn’t quite compare to my own but Billy didn’t pressure me in any way and suggested another that was even better than mine! I highly recommend Billy and Express Credit for any of your vehicle needs! Thanks again for yet another great vehicle.
Amazing dealership, worked with me and my bad credit. Prior I went to maybe 10 places before here and sales man Greg helped me out greatly. Was looking to upgrade my teeny tiny kia for 3rd row seating. The general manger Michael came in clutch as well. My payment is a bit higher than my original ask but "manageable". Even with my low down payment!! Definitely somewhere I would refer people to in any situation. Reliable transportation with 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty!! Better than most I've seen.
My wife and I bought a Cadillac. Greg, sales, did a fantastic and amazing job. He was welcoming, speedy, caring, courteous, and thoughtful. The process was painless and Greg was very thorough and informative. Greg answered all our questions and concerns. We will recommend Greg.

My biggest financial regret is financing with Express Credit Auto. I have been a loyal customer to them for the past nine months. I had no credit when I got my car nine months later I still have NO credit. I have NEVER missed a car payment. I put $2000 down and my car payments are almost $500 a month. I cannot refinance because they haven't reported anything to the credit bureaus that they CLAIM to report to. If you are young with no credit. Please do not go here. They are unwilling to help you. All they want is your money.
