I had absolutely no issues at this dealership. Jesse is a pleasure to do business with, and everyone will absolutely work with you to get what you need, fast. After being told NO multiple times by other dealerships or absurd payments, The Key told me YES!  I even had a $0 down payment, and got into a 2015 Ford Focus with decent miles. To top it off, they even filled it up, and I left with a full tank!

It has been pure Hell shopping for a car the past weeks I’ve been told no several times My credit is horrible due to a divorce and everything left in my name Rama and Christie have been amazing and hands-on with my experience they went above and beyond be what I could’ve ever expected from somebody and I’m so appreciative and pray that they get the blessings that they deserve! Me and my boys appreciate you and are so thankful we finally are given an opportunity in a reliable car. God bless The Key

Marissa was our sales person and she went to every extent possible to get us into exactly what we wanted! We have received so many No responses from other dealerships and she was our first YES in years! She was very patient and super kind with our buying process! Let us test drive multiple cars, was very upfront and honest, didn’t lead us in a bad direction. She listened to our concerns and didn’t push us in any general direction to force us to make a choice we didn’t want to make. If you want a wonderful sales person, Marissa is your girl!! She turned our whole year of bad luck in 2022, to the best New Year we could possibly imagine. Very thankful for her hard work and dedication. The whole dealership had a friendly atmosphere as well! They have very nice vehicles and a lot to chose from. If your in the market for a vehicle, but have less than fair credit, this is the place to go!

I would recommend everyone to The Key when they are in need of a new car. The experience was beyond amazing. They make you feel like a person and not a dollar sign. It was so easy to find my new dream car, and they actually work with you to make sure you get into the perfect fit for you. Ask for Shay. She's a true doll. She made sure I had options and did everything she could to make sure I didn't have to drive home in a car that scared me to death to drive. The whole team there though was great. They were cutting up and involved the customers in their fun. I'll so buy my next car from them as well.

I highly recommend The Key if you're looking for a very well taken care of vehicle. Mr. Charles got me approved fast and over the phone. Fast, friendly and affordable. Absolute the best experience i have had buying a vehicle. You won't be disappointed!! I'm looking forward to purchasing more vehicles in the years to come

My salesman Zak, did an excellent job finding me the perfect SUV that I had initially been seeking. He never gave up on me! He found me the most beautiful perfect Chevrolet Equinox and it was irresistible...how could I say "no"??  However enjoyable, the wait couldn't have been anymore perfect than it was! I believe my wait was a whole two hours or less. People, I'm telling you, if you're looking for a car, go to the Key. Ask for Zak. You won't be disappointed! Tell him, Doris sent you!!

Zachery was an amazing sales man! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and some in coming as well. I appreciate the fact that he worked with me and my financial situation. I walked in The Key discouraged because I felt defeated due to other car places and their really high down payments. I spoke with Shay and she helped me find the best car in my budget and made sure that I wouldn’t be financially strained trying to make payments. I honestly appreciate The Key and highly recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be back to shop with them again.
