Express Factory Outlet

I came in around 7:55pm website says they close at 9pm. I came in, picked out some clothes, tried them on and chose a blazer. To my surprise, there was an associate hanging out outside my changing room weird. Whatever. I went and picked out another size of the blazer. It's around 810pm. The associate then stops me AFTER I've already went to choose a new size. She says, "Sorry we're closed." To which I replied, "okay, can I purchase this blazer?" To which she states, "Sure, if the register is open." Okay cool. Go to the register, girl says it's closed.. she didn't know anyone was here. They let me shop for almost 20 minutes, try on my clothes, and pick out another size, just to tell me they didn't know anyone was there.. but you had a girl standing outside of my changing room. Go to another Express if you can. Just an odd, horrible customer service experienc. I understand when a store closes... but let the customers know you are closing soon.. don't close them in the store and act like you didn't see them.

Express is always my go to when I have to dress formal. This place never dissapoints, I felt bad because I was trying and trying on pants but the guy behind the register was so patient and nice. He helped me find my right size and style for my event. His name is Adrian and for people like him is why I shop there!!!

Moriah was awesome! I would be completely lost without the help and I really appreciate the clean store. It’s always a good time and they have the best clothes. Amazing!

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I drove about 40 minutes to go to this specific store and actually entered the store at about 5:00 pm on a Sunday they close at 6 pm, grabbed a few things as fast as possible being aware that closing time was approaching and proceeded to go to the dressing room. The lady there saw me and said, “it’s closed already”, mind you it was 5:15 pm. When I asked why the dressing rooms were closed almost an hour before the official closing of the store her answer was “we are almost closing”. I was heading towards the exit and found another worker or the store manager, not sure, and told him what happened. He just replied to me “we have to prepare to close” when I suggested to let new customers entering the store know that the dressing rooms close an hour earlier than the store. I respectfully gave him the clothes and left. Never again will I be back to this location. This is exactly how you lose customers.

Update hours, I drove here with time since google shows it close at 9, I showed up at 7:50 and staff didn’t let me in in store. Since they actually close at 8.

Nice prices and nice people

Great store, lots of merchandise and great selection of clothing. Employees were kind and helpful. Express is my favorite clothing brand and I spend a lot of time in their stores and this one was pretty average.

Bought a top that was cute and something I normally wouldn't buy. Pricing was great. A button up and a sweater for 50 when just one top is normally 50+.

Same stuff and sane prices. Even the clearance items. No interaction with staff either. Was not sure if anyone else besides the cashier was working in the store.

Amazing customer service, the pricing is awesome for the deals that you can get here! I never have left dissatisfied here!
