Buckle

Today in Arizona Mills there was an active shooting suspicion and in the midst of the chaos and terror, the employees of this store made sure everyone inside was safe and did all they could to help. The manager, Marcell did an amazing job of reassuring everyone and letting everyone know what was happening. If this isn’t top customer service, I don’t know what is. Idk if I’ll ever come back to Arizona Mills after what I and many others experienced today, but if I do, it’s for this store.

My first time in the store. As soon as I walked in I loved the style of clothing , then we were greeted professionally and promptly by Rion he came over asked some questions, and showed us around to get the best idea of what we were looking for. Once I tried on the “Jake” jeans I feel in love. They also use REPREVE in their jeans which is such a wonderful thing to know. I was sold and ordered my jeans.

These people here are pathetic two guys and one girl working it's about I'm the only customer in there and nobody bothers to acknowledge me or ask me if I need any help which I did I literally have to go up to the girl and ask her for some help because I wanted to try some clothes on. Also needed to see some bigger sizes on the men's clothing which were way up to high for me to reach had to get my own extension pole that they had there and pull the clothing down looks like these people don't care about the customers or they just don't want to work time to replace them!! With me nursing all this negative I just walked out and didn't buy anything won't be coming back to this location at least at other locations they take care of their customers.

Buckle is an amazing store, but this stores management Denise are rude behind closed doors. I had an interview because I've always loved Buckle stores and wanted to see if I could become an employee there. After the interview I looked around for a minute because a shirt had caught my eye, then I heard her in a the back loudly laughing about me to another staff member who had my first name as his last name. Then she forgot to email me in the 24-48 hour accept or deny period until I called back into the store almost 80 hours later to immediately get an email after the phone call ended. All the other staff are amazing people from as far as I could tell.

Great customer service from the time we walked in helped me find a birthday outfit for my son even if it ment looking it up to see what was in store or ordering it I am truly thankful to the staff for all there help, way better then the arrowhead location that would not even greet me a while back. YOU GUYS ROCK

There is a Buckle at AZ. Mills,I go there, the girls are very helpful and love the experience I have when shopping there. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for, don't mind paying a little more for better quality clothing and excellent service, so, who wants to go shopping

This store has a great selection of clothing options and items that are not offered at other stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful, will absolutely go to this location again.

There is a Buckle at Arizona Mills. It opened July 1st of 2016. Great store. Tons of product.
