Bought A pair of Shoes for our son on our 1st trip to the store . Shoes did not fit so tried getting the correct shoe size on our second trip to the store . Store did not have the shoe size My son needed it was taken over 10 minutes to inform me that they did not have the size I needed . At this point I asked for a refund . Because I paid in Cash I was told that they were not able to refund my money because sales were bad Date Thursday 1/5/2023 around 7 p.m. and the register did not have any money to refund me the money that was owed to me . That I should come back on a Friday or Saturday they would have the money to refund what was owe to me . Of course I was upset and ask to speak to the manager or supervisor it was when I found out that this person that was helping me with bad customer service was the person in charge. Need to hire a more capable Staff .

As a lifelong fan of Steve Madden Shoes, the words I’m writing are a disappointment. 18 hours after purchasing $80 shoes that did not fit, the female clerk behind the desk, while not making eye contact, was snarky when we attempted to get a refund, claiming they were worn, and had rocks in the shoe, despite them having only been tried on initially in store, then at home, all the while another employee, or friend of theirs laid across the counter. Even when attempting to do an exchange for a larger size, she proceeded to be condescending, and rude, until finally saying that was an option and those particular shoes tend to run small. We planned on buying at least four pairs of mens dress shoes for our wedding, but will not at this location, and potentially through Steve Madden. The customer isn’t always right, but it not acceptable to treat someone without decency and respect.

I called to ask about exchanging a pair of shoes from online, in stores and Kevin informed me I was able to. Even went as far as checking for the shoe and if the size was available for this store and another. Even if that's just protocol, it was much appreciated.

Went in and the guys working there during the evening shift were both super nice and friendly. They offered help but weren't pushy and helped everyone else that walked on as well. Didnt feel weird shopping at all. The store always has great deals but the employees are super nice.

Always a good time at any Steve store! The staff was very kind and helpful! The store was nice and clean! They had a wide variety of styles as well.

Just know that if you’re black you won’t be welcomed the same as the white customers. Maybe it was a bad day. 4/21 1:00 PM

Kyah at the AZ Mills location is super awesome!!! She helped me so much pick out shoes and a clutch for the Emmy Awards!!!

I couldn't find my size but the customer service representative was quick to order it for me with no charge for shipping

My son raved about his shoes. His friends at work loves them too. also got them on sale.

Horrible customer service and product. No answer to calls and bad product. Stay away!!!
