The customer service guy sold me a pair of cool gray Jordan’s $500 & on one of the shoes it had a black sharpie mark on it. Within the hour after I bought them I took them back & the same guy that sold them to me said he forgot to tell me about the black mark smh & said he couldn’t give me my money back & that was the only pair of cool grays left I told him not to put those back on the shelf to trick other customers smh

Bought racer blue dunks and a day later I realized the one shoe is completely fake. Logos were in different spots. Do not shop here

Terrible service. I was in there on a slower day with at the most 5 other customers in the store and no greeting. Some older guy with a bucket hat kept following me but didn't help me with anything when i asked for help with looking at shoes. He just had a smile on his face. I felt wierded out so I left. Will not return.

Came to this store when I started getting into sneakers I didn't know anything I bought 2 pairs of shoes it was like 350 each but turns out they were reps so don't come here all the shoes are reps and over priced.

SMH I went to this store on 08/13/2021 the store hours say it open at 11:00am its 11:07am with 4 employees and doors closed,wasted my time waiting on this store to open. Owner need to fire every single one of them.

Nice shop. Custom shoes and shirts. Also have shorts. Their rugs are amazing!

Incredibly hiked up prices and fake merchandise. If your business wants to sell overpriced Yeezys that you can buy for half the price off any online seller, I wouldn’t recommend selling fake Gucci tee shirts right across from them. It makes everything else seem untrustworthy and generally ruins the “exclusive” feeling. Save your money and spend hundreds less on Stock X and Goat.

Excellent customer service! Interacted with at least 3-4 associates and they were all friendly and helpful. Made me and my son feel good about buying from them. My 14 year old son, who hates shopping, said this was a good store and he would go back. Now, it was a bit pricey for a t-shirt, BUT, they were special, so happy to buy from them. Liked the Icecream line.

THE BEST hype shoe store. Amazing staff, they have a great “connected” feel. The store is friendly and welcoming. great people. passionate about sneakers and street-wear, extremely knowledgeable. The store is clean, well lit, and they have some awesome original apparel. Check them out!

It hurts to have to give a STAR! The star will reflect the great sales person and atmosphere at the Guest List children's store! Unfortunately the experience at the adult store today was disparate! I took my child to Arizona Mills to purchase a pair of overpriced post peak shoes and I was offended! Not only was I profiled...as if I was at Bendel's...as in Henri or Barney's...PLEASE... IGNORED...BY..the tired and surly staff too busy in wanting to become who they became...I guess we were not on the "GUEST LIST"....Thank GOD!!! I allowed my child to make a purchase but I will NEVER go to this store again! The "Sales Person" was visibly upset when we asked to try on the shoes..and literally sighed as she returned with a shoe to try on...she seemed annoyed when we actually made the purchase...I guess one should make a deposit before requesting to try on a pair of those BAD BOYS...HA!! The concept of scarcity is definitely the mantra at this store. NEEDS: CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND updated attire for the staff! YOU NEED to TRAIN your EMPLOYEES!!! FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT!!!
