I was very disappointed. This store doesn't even carry its own brand of clothing which is disappointing. I'll have to make the trip to Tempe Marketplacd to visit the real store. They don't even have the cute panties I loved to buy before Covid changed everything

Was excited to buy a few top here. Just one I saw. The music was so loud that could not concentrate and actually caused severe ringing in my ears. The two sales associates literally screamed over the music to speak to me. I think maybe you should reconsider a better shopping experience for your customers. I spent my money elsewhere

Absolute horrible store in general, i worked here for almost a year a while ago and was treated horribly by the manager i was underpaid,over worked, bullied,taken advantage of,and had money stolen from me and was discriminated for my disabilities and had no care for good customer service, overall would not recommend.

They had 2 registers open. We were in line waiting to pay and they closed the one register. We were in like for almost 35 minutes

The worker, Maria Lyne Akers, besides having caused an accident by rear-ending my sister at a stop light, not having proper car insurance and not being responsible and paying for the damages of the accident, she dares to flip my sisters off while working at this store. Please look at the cameras for today April 13, 2022. Look at the garbage that is being employed here and fire her. Only brings the image of the store down. Zero stars for this.

Staff was awesome and the clothing and store was clean and neat. The prices were very reasonable. I took my 13 year old for her birthday, my 16 year old was able to get something and I was able to grab a few things myself and all under $110! I love Charlotte Russe but it’s not for a babygirl!

Wouldn't go back to store bought outfits that didn't fit now I'm not able to go back and exchange for the right size I understand they don't have a fitting room or it was close due to covid but at least let us exchange for the right fit now these clothes are gonna sit in my closet not ever being used.

I just paid for 10 items the lady told me about a top being a certain amount and I come home its only 9 items out of ten items I paid for

I used to like this store. Now it seems like they cater to the younger crowd. Music in the store is very loud and beware if you are buying intimate items as they dont tell you they are final sale and wont exchange or give you your money back.

Super bad pad place and the music gave a a bad migraine too
