After a terrible experience at a different company down the street, it was such a pleasure to work with Ms Raynell to get my license issue straightened out. She took me as soon as I walked in the door. She was kind and very attentive while patiently listening to my situation. She was able to get it all cleared up in under an hour. Not to mention at a much lower cost than the other company quoted me. This will be my go-to spot for all my OMV needs!

Got sent off from the DMV by West End because they couldn’t take anymore walk-ins and came here instead. Shorter lines and wait time. Waited only 5-10 mins instead of an hour or more. Got duplicate driver’s license here for $40. They only take cash though. Highly recommended if you just need a duplicate driver’s license. Ladies there are sweet, also!

This was the best customer servicing experience that I've had in a very,very, long time! Sandra was so friendly and personable on down to making sure that my licence renewal pic was "picture perfect"! Thanks for making my day!!!

Quick, efficient, and no-nonsense unlike the actual DMV. Sure, they charged me $15 or $20 extra compared to the DMV fees, for renewing my license, but saved me from the frustration of wasting an entire day at the actual DMV. Well worth it - these folks deserve every penny.

A visit to the dmv is usually heavily frowned upon. However on my visit yesterday I was thoroughly pleased. From the initial greeting throughout all the jokes in between & eventually my leaving this office in Metairie, LA on Veterans Blvd. Ms Sandra was very professional, helpful & attentive to all of my inquiries. She was able to navigate & troubleshoot through any of my concerns on a computer system that seems to often fail. Subsequently leaving dmv clients uptight & frustrated. Ms Sandra & her supporting staff @ this office run like a well oiled machine. All things like computer glitches considered. Thank you Ms Sandra.

Shantel was very helpful, courteous, efficient,and nice.I literally was in and out within 15mins with the REAL ID in hand.Make sure you have cash, there's an ATMbin the office,but with a service fee.I would definitely recommend you make an appointment as well.

Louisiana dmv process for renewing your license is a JOKE!!!!! First you have to call and PRAY someone with common sense answers. Then YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS IN HOPES THAT THEY WILL CALL WITHIN 3 days.. THIS IS THE DUMMEST SYSTEM I HAVE EVER SSEEN!!! CATCH UP LOUISIANA ITS 2023 NOT 1983

There are no signs on the outside about being Cash Only, which makes it a waste of time when you come in and realize that if you want to use them, you have to go find an ATM and come back. Most younger people don't carry cash on them, and it makes it inaccessible to them.

My experience was absolutely amazing! All thanks to Ms. Shantell, her energy was wonderful and very welcoming. I would recommend her service to anyone who plans to book an appointment with this particular office of motor vehicles. She was finished in no time, while making sure her efficiency was top notched.
