TL;DR - another new car dealer, offering sub-par service and trying to pull the wool over your eyes. While the service advisor, Geroge Dalta, was pleasant to deal with - he totally missed the ball when I told him I wanted an oil change. I explicitly stated I wanted an oil change as I know the typical interval for Tacoma's is 10k miles -- I do mine every 5k. After waiting at the dealership for almost 90 minutes, George told me the car was ready - however after reviewing the report, it showed only the tires were rotated.. 90 mins to rotate tires? Also, after receiving the truck back I noticed my dash cam was tampered with. After closer inspection, it's clear that video clips were deleted, along with the date and time being changed. Additionally, upon reviewing the clips that weren't deleted, I also noticed the staff racing the truck around the block, slamming the transmission into gear, and slamming on the brakes. I'd avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect and want your car treated with care..
Definitely avoid this dealership! First time, they say on the phone they are selling at MSRP. Once you step in, the sales person Josh say there is a market adjustment rate of 2000. Second time, they say they have a car available, but once I arrive, they say they have just sold it and want to show me other cars. It is apparent this dealership uses DECEIVING tactics to lure customer in. AVOID AT ALL COST!
I just purchased a 2021 Sienna from Ozzy and he was very helpful. He was really patient and helped me trade my Camry in for the van I really wanted. I definitely recommend him to anyone shopping around. If u come here ask for this guy great guy who will make it happen. 100 greatest
My experience at Toyota expressway was wonderful. Wes Jean welcomed us and showed us around and took his time and explained everything to me. He was a gentleman. I definitely recommend him to my fellow community members. Plus Jessica was helpful. She set up the Toyota account and explained everything. Thank you both.
I don’t like to Write bad reviews because I believe everyone has a bad day occasionally so I’ll just acknowledge the worker Richie for stepping in to SOLVE A miscommunication if you make an apt for service make a note somewhere of the person you spoke to Why is about five seconds away from crying while holding my toddler after being there for an hour …. Fortunately RIchie stepped in to handle customer service the right way & do the right thing. Also, The car service/mechanics there were great… awful memory on names but 2 of them went above to be helpful & friendly.
The overall experience was excellent. We worked with Ozzy and he made sure we had an easy and relaxed experience while buying our new car. I couldn’t recommend Expressway Toyota more!
Steven Verissimo was great. He made the process seamless from the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and I was only here for two hours. Jessica helped set the app and I’m very happy with Expressway and will be back the next time I need a vehicle.
SERVICE REVIEW NOT SALES: Hands down my favorite dealership. Car repairs are stressful enough, to see the owner's dog flop around the dealership is calming. There's another fur baby at the register. The service advisors are phenomenal. They recognize me from routine oil changes. My check engine light came on today with an AWD malfunction message. I called about the issue. They took me in right away even though the service lot was busy today. I was in and out no problem. A tech saw my anxiety taking over and offered some words of wisdom. Overall great crew here. I've never had a bad experience here. It's clean, they effectively communicate with you on the vehicle status, what's under warranty and what's not.
Duke is AMAZING!!! Wonderful service. He kept me up to date and informed every step of the way! I will recommend him and this place to anyone that needs a car. Expressway Toyota has a very welcoming feel to it and everyone is friendly! LOVE my new RAV4 XLE 2022 ruby flare pearl!
Working with Chris has been amazing experience. He’s been patient and quick to answer all my questions. Jessica helped me set up the Toyota app. Overall it was good experience and I recommend this dealership.
