Fantastic! They treated my beautiful B5 challenger like their own baby. I'd drive from anywhere in the new england area to allow these folk to work on my car, Them and them only. Ask for Chris or Lauren in service for the best service you're heart could ask for.
I love bringing my Challenger here for service work. I brought my car in today for an oil change. Everyone here is always wicked friendly, and the shop is immaculate. The service work here has always been so quick, and my car is always taken good care of.
Love my new car experience with Quirk! Simple, direct and efficient it was seamless and the follow up has been great. I've had a few questions after taking delivery and the response has always been fast. As long as I'm driving a ram our jeep I will go back to Quirk! Charbel, Gary and Lauren make a great team!!
This Quirk dealership is fantastic. I've had to go in and get my car serviced a few times from them and they are always very quick and kind. Our battery died the other night and all of the dealerships we called didn't have an open appt. for, at least, a couple of weeks. We were able to get our car dropped off and fixed within 48 hrs. So awesome. Also, personal shoutout to Tiffany because she's helped us a few times and is always great.
This was the smoothest new car lease experience I have had! Robert was able to help me seamlessly on the phone, sent me all the paperwork online and had the car ready for me for pickup within hours. The service exceeded my expectations and certainly going back to them for future cars!

Amazing service, at the time of pick up gave a full walk through of the Jeep features and continued to provide assistance with any questions. Gary and Lauren were very helpful in making my purchase very easy.
Just go somewhere else, seriously Leased a truck which was fine and I was happy for about 5 hours. Drove it home and there was a unbalanced tire so it shook at certain speeds. It took 2 trips to them and for me to threaten them with returning the truck for them to finally fix it which should of took maybe 20 mins to rebalance. It took them 3 days. I even offered to go in and do it myself. The service department is straight up terrible and the kid the schedules everything has zero people skills. They will absolutely sell you a truck but past that once ur out the door your out the door. I’m paying another dealership to fix anything before I go back there for warranty. Managers are not helpful, it’s just about getting vehicles out the door
I brought my Jeep to your dealership and they said that they wouldn't honor the contract I have with Jeep. I paid $1935 for it. What good is a contract if you don't honor it. Totally lame. Watch out for Quick they have no scruples
My check engine light was on in my Cherokee so I brought it to this dealership to get it checked out and I was hearing some sounds coming from my tires like my breaks needed to be changed. After paying over $500 I got nothing done and got no answers as to what was going on. They told me the sounds were just rust on my rotors and that I needed a new transmission which they were not going to be able to put in. After taking it to my neighborhood mechanic I just needed a sensor changed that only cost me $200 in total. I put WD40 on the tires and I still hear the same sound. I feel like I was ripped off. I'll never bring my Jeep back to that so called Jeep dealership again!
