I will never, never, ever ever buy another vehicle from any All Star dealership in my life, much less step foot on their lots again. I'm ashamed to say I even worked her once, a long time ago. I bought two brand new Kia's IN SPRITE OF All Star and their manipulative, lying staff. They have absolutely ZERO knowledge of the cars they sell and shouldn't be allowed by Kia to represent the brand. Also they are taking advantage of the world today with vehicle shortages and have an attitude of "we have what you want/need". I would even go to the extent to say that their "market adjustment" is illegal. I plan on following up on this with my lawyer I spent $80k here and was treated terrible. They used the manufacturer's review as a negotiation tactic when working the second deal. They made a "nickel" off of me today at the expense of earning a dollar tomorrow. You have alienated a customer for life. Congratulations on your accomplishment. You must be very proud of yourself, Lekorde White, Jamarcus Alexander and Thomas Moore. I tell everyone I know to stay away from All Star. The All Star brand is trash and I trust people will vote with their feet. Matt McKay, your days are numbered with the trash you employee. These folks ran my brothers credit, asked for a certain amount of income, he gave them check stubs making more than they asked for, put down near ten thousand dollars, they decided to deny him anyway, I don’t know what they benefit out of this, at the end of the day I got a hard pinch on my credit, wasted my time, and left in an Uber.
My experience with Kia on Seigan was described as one from hell. I had to get my own rental car without assistance from the service advisor and I had to call about my own warranty because the people there were incompetent about the warranty process. It was hard to get in touch with someone because no one would answer the phone. My experience was truly a nightmare. I would never do business with this specific dealership again. Someone broke into my mother's car and stole her eyeglasses, and went through all her personal belongings. The personnel in the service department confirmed this situation, but they could not confirm who opened the car and assessed my mom's personal items and information. I called the police and my mom filed a police report. This dealership had multiple vehicle thefts and failed to report them to the police. My mom is handicapped and they kept her car for two weeks and failed to keep us updated about the progress of the vehicle or offer any updates. This is bad customer service.
I have purchased 2 vehicles here in the last 6 months. Always been a pretty good experience. There is a lot of waiting as with any car purchase, but the sales team was super nice. Always asked if they could get me anything. My salesman was Ian. If you stop in look him up. He most recently helped me on a purchase for my son. He is fantastic !
**WARNING** Please do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people. They ran my credit for an amount that was not agreed upon!!!
I am so pleased with the service. They did such a great job. They even dropped me off at my job so that I could finish my shift while my car was being serviced. They even picked me up so that I could get my car. Awesome service!!!!!!
Don't waste your time. I saw a truck on their site, called on a Saturday to ask about it and was told it was a fresh trade in and was being reconditioned. Received a call on Monday morning from a sales person asking if I was still interested in the truck. I was told it was available and on the lot so I made an appointment for 1:00. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told that the truck was sold two days ago only to receive a halfhearted apology. Then they want to know if I'd like to look at any other vehicles. Sounds like the old bait and switch to me. Very disappointed and a total waste of time. Giving one star because zero is not an option.
Loved getting our new Hyundai Sante Fe with Mr. Rodney Hebert, the best most hunble salesman I think we have ever come across! Sign with this place and this man! Cannot beat Hyundai or their warranty! The staff even played games with our 3 year old to make him comfortable and smile! Love love love this place! Thank you for blessing us!
I'm very impressed with All Star. My husband bought a lovely Lexus from All Star for me this summer. He talked with the dealership and negotiated a price, then drove from Houston to pay for and pick up the car. He brought a cashier's check for the car and the taxes. He paid, and drove the car home. Just yesterday, we got a refund check in the mail. Apparently, we'd overpaid the taxes. We would never have known about the overpayment, and All Star could have just kept the money for themselves. But they sent it to us anyway. The honesty and integrity they displayed in this business deal is quite refreshing.
Don’t ever I mean ever purchase a vehicle from allstar. After less than a year of buying a vehicle from them the engine goes out. Although I had no warranty, you would think they would offer to help get it repaired. Note I said help not pay for full repairs. I believe they sold me that lemon knowing full well that there was something wrong with it. Once I spoke with them about they agreed to have it towed to the dealership and help with the repairs. The manager that I had been speaking with would always give me the runaround about a timeframe and my price to cover repairs. So after having my vehicle for about a month I called to speak with this manager only to find out that he quit which I think is a lie. So after arguing with them about my situation they agreed to have my vehicle towed back to me. These people are untrustworthy, untruthful, and unethical. If I could give them a negative rating I would do just that. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
