National Car Rental

We received a 5 stars service in Boston, the assigned car was perfect on the road until Florida! Thank you for the professionalism and kindness.

We booked a 7-seater minivan and checked in at Boston Prudential Centre National Car Rental - check-in was very efficient, minivan was ready, with 3 child car seats included at no extra cost. Drop-off after office hour was very convenient. We are very satisfied with the service.

I have been renting from National at the Pru for several years and every time I go, regardless of who is there, I get terrific service. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and the cars are clean/perform well. Will continue to go there.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The exact vehicle I ordered was ready to go and I was out with very little delay. Only problem with this location is finding the rental office it's in the lower-level of Prudential Center.

Other than finding the place in the bowels of the Prudential Center, it could not have been a better experience. From the easy check-in/check-out to the brand new car it was an easy experience. Even a last-minute extension of our rental drop-off was not an issue.
