The staff is extremely friendly. Despite reserving a small car, only a larger one was available - I booked it 60 minutes in advance. On a positive note, the return garage operates 24 hours a day.
Mike gave us such awesome service at this location and was super helpful and answered all of our questions w/ travel tips. Car was super clean. Location really convenient for those who are traveling to and from downtown Boston. Will rent from here next time I'm in the area and need a ride.
They had a car available over Xmas when no one else in Boston did. Michael Coates and his crew provided excellent service. Whole experience was fast and pleasant.
Whenever we travel to Boston we always use this office, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
11/10 customer service, no complaints. Only catch is that the location can be rough with traffic - if renting to go out of town, something less smack-in-the-middle-of-Boston might be more convenient.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Enterprise location and its staff. We rented a SUV through Costco. This location was far and away the lowest priced including other nearby Enterprise locations. I was told that this was because the location was fairly new and Enterprise was trying to increase business. I am going to Boston again in October and checked prices. Apparently, Enterprise's low price idea worked. This location is still competitively priced but not always the cheapest. We were allowed to return the vehicle to the airport and I was even refunded the extra hour that I was charged. I agree with the other reviewers: Lauren and Ricky were fantastic. I plan to rent again for my next trip to Boston. I don't understand how someone could have a bad experience here.
Luke and his colleagues were life savers. Travelled all the way from Ireland to family reunion. They were able to organise a vehicle for us at late notice. Tremendous customer service! Beyond helpful a credit to enterprise !
Oliver Domina was very helpful, personable, and made the process quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. The Jeep Compass he put us in was flawless, and made for an enjoyable weekend getting around in Cape Cod. There was no fee for returning the car at the airport either, so ultimately this was much cheaper than renting from other places. Highly recommend this office for renting a car. Just FYI, finding the Enterprise office in the parking structure is slightly tricky. There's an elevator just past the hotel entrance in the lower level of the garage that will get you there though.
Always had good service here, personally. Did rent a car once with brake issues really not good! but was not charged anything for the rental, no questions asked. I think Enterprise churn the cars out. Sometimes cars aren’t that clean but that never bothered us, sometimes we’ve been given free upgrades if happy to take a car not cleaned after previous rental. I always take the customer service and price over the cleanliness
Worst customer service, the representative was not at all willing to help and wanted to cut the call on me. Asked for rates and he kept on saying just check online and in a loud tone. Have been renting from enterprise in revere, MA and believe me their customer service is a 100 times better than these people. Will never have a friend or family rent from this location in boston. Very rude and unprofessional.
