Extend Fertility

I had a great recent experience at Extend. The nurses were friendly, supportive and caring. They were sensitive to my personal and needs. The appointments ran perfectly on time. They called everyday to followup and change protocol based on results that Dr. Klein checked. I felt prepared physically and emotionally for the actual procedure. I was very satisfied with my results.

Extend fertility was a great clinic. The office staff were kind and caring. Office is beautifuly done with a nice area with snacks while you wait. Nurses called me in a timely manner to let me know my medication regimen. Dr Klein was kind and caring and follow up was great too! In addition, I was treated with patience and kindness throughout my experience and felt adequately educated during my procedure to feel confident and good. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Klein is really truly knowledgeable in his field and has really been amazing, calm and gave me the proper attention I needed during my appointments as well as with any follow up questions. He explained everything clearly in a way I could understand and felt reassured that I was in good hands. The facility is beautiful and immaculate! The team is very sensitive and accommodating to your needs and really do try to be at your beck and call when you need it. Overall, I highly recommend Extend Fertility!

While his reputation for skill and compassion are true to form, it wasn't just Dr. Klein who made me feel confident and comfortable in having chosen to entrust Extend Fertility with my family's future. The staff - be it the administrative staff, to those who monitored me, to the nurses who cared for me before, during and after the procedure, to the lab staff - were all so considerate, sensitive and attentive to my needs and requests. When natural conception simply isn't enough, Extend makes an otherwise challenging process that much sweeter.

I really enjoyed working with Extend Fertility for my recent egg freezing. All of the staff are kind and professional, and every office visit was quick and efficient. I felt informed every step of the way and all my many! questions were answered with patience and care. The partnership with Metro pharmacy on the UES was also great, made it very easy for me. My experience at Extend Fertility could not have been more pleasant. Everyone was super kind, patient, accommodating. I had incredible results and would encourage anyone who is thinking of doing this process to use Extend!

I worked with Dr. Klein and his level of expertise and professionalism was top of the line. The clinic staff, phlebotomists, and sonographers all exhibited a high level of quality of care and professionalism. They definitely made a physically and emotionally taxing experience as smooth as possible. I did a retrieval previously at Genesis Fertility and the level of care was considerably lower. I also got much better results at Extend which made the procedure so much more worthwhile. My favorite thing about Extend is the way that Dr. Klein and the staff communicated information and answered questions. They made me feel empowered to be a part of the process and not like a number in a factory line. If you are thinking of doing a retrieval and this is your first time I would definitely recommend doing consultations with several Dr's and doing your research. There were some miscommunications when they switched my advisors at Extend, however, since I already knew my stuff I was able to request the missing information. An egg retrieval is a physical, emotional, and financial burden. There are multiple people handling your care and I think that in order to ensure a smooth process you really need to do your research and know how to advocate for yourself. I would definitely use this clinic again.

Extend was a pleasure to work with. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would have like more specific instructions on how to boost results and what to avoid during the treatment time but otherwise it was a good experience

Dr. Klein is very knowledgeable in his field. His office is modern, very clean and inviting to patients. The office is in an excellent area in the city close to trains and to shopping. Dayna, the office manager is very helpful to solve issues that may arise.
