My experience with Extended Family has been excellent. Everyone in the company is an experienced caregiver and they always have coverage. I've used many services over the last ten years and this one provides the most caring and capable caregivers. They have been flexible when I need it. All of my requests are handled quickly and with care. I truly feel like a part of this family.

I have worked with many caregiving companies and Extended family is and will forever be my favorite agency to work with. Since working here I have been treated as part of a family and everyone is very optimistic which is very refreshing and lovely! They have us do multiple training courses in which I learn so much! I love getting to work with different families because it gives me a chance to give them the care they deserve! Overall I highly recommend Extended family to every family who requires a caregiver to care after their their loved ones!

I switched to this company from another service to provide 24/7 caregivers for my father who is in a memory care facility. Because he is wheelchair-bound, recently widowed and suffering from dementia he needs a lot of attention and he needs caregivers who are responsive, skilled, gentle and caring. I'm very happy with the caregivers and especially with my ability to reach out to the office any time of day or night with concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Extended Family Home Care! My mom suffered a stroke that left her totally bedridden for the last two years of her life. Over the course of her illness, we tried a long-term care facility and two other home-care companies before we found Extended Family. Jon and Rachel's team took care of her at home for the last nine months of her life, and always treated her with dignity and respect. The caregivers interacted with her with genuine interest and warmth. Mom was happy and we were never uncomfortable leaving Mom in their care. Both Jon and Rachel responded immediately to any of our concerns, and my family and I could tell they took great care in screening and training their staff. They set the bar high for in-home care and I would highly recommend them without reservation!
