Wonderful, caring staff. We used Home Instead for my elderly mother with dementia. It was the highlight of her day to see her caregiver walk through the door! Always professional and extremely caring and capable of handling all aspects of elder care with a kind and respectful attitude. Highly recommend.

The caregivers at Home Instead are caring, compassionate and very professional. They have been an amazing help to my Dad who needs assistance due to his Parkinson’s. We needed care for our elderly mother, starting with companionship several times per week, with increasing hours as time went on and her disease progressed. Being a difficult time for the family, everyone from the office staff, care managers, social workers and the caregivers bent over backwards to make sure our mom and the family had the coverage and care needed. It felt like family taking care of family. They are very special people at Home Instead. There are no words to express our appreciation. Thanks to each and every one of you!

Our amazing caregiver Teresa started with us over 12 years ago. She is such a hard worker and always goes the extra mile for us. She often simply anticipates what is needed. She ispart if the family and I have no idea what we would do without her.

We've had nothing but great experience from Home Instead. Their CAREGivers have been a tremendous help, caring and incredibly respectful. And the office has been friendly, responsive, fast and wonderful both in person and on the phone. Such a great experience.

we have had a number of workers from home instead and the house has always been good, however Marlene Small has been the best. There are times when I've needed to take my wheel chair, and she helps me load it. She 's on top of any chore.

Roseanna is just incredible! She finds ways to help her patients THRIVE: painting nails, planning excursions, making/sharing food, advocating with physicians, transitioning to assisted living, always encouraging, & genuinely caring!! She is blessed as a caregiver, and there's no way to repay her for the love she gives.

I was both a caregiver for home instead as well as a person who received care for my mom who had Alzheimer's. I have a full-time job, and home instead not only worked so well with my other job but they also made sure that my mom was taken care of while I was at work. I would recommend them to any family who is struggling with letting someone take care of their loved one for fear they won't do it the same way. Home instead is very open to your suggestions on your loved ones care, and work with you until you are comfortable with the choice you've made. Never ever had a problem with home instead and I'm grateful for everyday they were there to help me both personally, with my mom, and professionally.
