This place was clean and friendly. Harley Williams helped us. She went above and beyond. She helped us understand all the legal documents, found solutions to our personal problems, and gave clear guidelines to follow with efficiency. She was honest, open, and charismatic. I'm very happy that I chose to come to Extra Space Storage because I have no questions about anything! :)

I would highly recommend Hickory extra space storage to anyone with storage needs. The helpful and friendly staff, the easy access off LR Blvd, the cleanliness of the grounds, office, and storage area is nice, and the security helps me feel safe while there. That’s why I am a returning customer.
